S3 Teach Pendant plugs not matching

Hello forum,

We have a S3 and it has a round 19 pins connector plug, the teach pendant stopped functioning.
Our replacement teach pendant has a round 12 pin connector, so I doesn't fit the S3 connector.

Does anyone know if 
- The newer model of the teach pendant is compatible with the i guess older version of the s3 ?
- An adaptor exists between the two

Or does somebody have a pinout for both S3 teach pendant plugs so I could try to alter it ?
