Rev. Counter Update Problem after power interruption/fluctuation
We have more than 150 - IRB6640 robots and about 30 - IRB6600 robots (IRC5-2004)
After electricity black-out or fluctuation some IRB6640 robot losing counter update ( mostly axis 2 and-or 3) . However IRB6600 robots never lose their counter update data.
IRB6600 robots have first type IRC5 controller with seperate two power supply DSQC604 and DSQC627
IRB6640 robots have DSQC611 power supply and DSQC612 power distribution board.
I think shut down procedure doesn't work very well on new system.
When power is gone, the DSQC662 immediately cutting power output on - X3 (Axis computer and drive power) . For this reason main computer may be couldn't save last position data (only an idea)
Please help.
