Undocumented Internal Error causing System Failure

Hello,

Usually I turn to the 'Operating manual - Trouble shooting, IRC5' manual in the documentation in situations like this, but I could not find this error in the manual.
When running my VC in continuous mode within a simple routine, the controller runs for an hour or more, and then stops due to system failure.  The following internal error is the only event logged prior to sysfail:

Event Message 100000
Internal error

Description
pgmsym.c 3195 internal error

The number of times the routine is executed varies from 50 to several hundred times, but the controller will always stop at some point with the same internal error.
Is this error an indication of program memory?
Can anyone provide further info on this very non-descriptive internal error message?

Thanks,

Levi
