Robot refusing to weld

Everything seems okei. It's just not welding. Manually it gives the wire, automatically not and it dos not even start to weld.

I'm attaching the files too..maybe you can help.

    Does the robot come up with an error after it attempts to weld? or does it run right through the welding cycle and simply not weld?
