Saving MediaPool from IRC5

I need to create a Station using an IRC5 controller that is currently running production. I do not have the MediaPool from this controller only a backup that was done from the FlexPendant. What is the easiest and safest way to save the MediaPool from this controller? I am new to Robot Studio so I need some step by step instructions because I do not want to cause any issues with the controller that is running now.

You cannot save the Media Pool from the controller. You will need to get a disk of the Robotware release and load that on your PC. The robot should have come with a Robot Studio disk. You need to install trhe RobotWare from that disk on your PC. This will put the RobotWare in the media pool on your PC.
It is a common mistake that RobotWare is not installed.
If you don't have the disk, in the backup, go to the BACKINFO folder and open the backinfo.txt. The release of RobotWare will be listed. You should be able to contact the Customer Service Hotline in the US (800.435.7365 Press #1) for help to get the RobotWare.
