System Failure after power loss

I have a 2400 that goes into system failure intermittently after losing power. Everything is fine, then the robot loses power for a few seconds to a few hours, and on restart, displays this message:

20195: System data from last shutdown is lost

Description

Normally, all system data is saved on shutdown. During the last shutdown saving data has failed. The system has been started using last good system data saved earlier at THU JAN 01 01:00:03 1970

Consequences

Any changes made in system configuration or RAPID programs since THU JAN 01 01:00:03 1970

 will NOT be available after restart. Any such changes will have to be re-implemented.

Causes

The backup energy bank may have been drained at the time of the shut down. The storage disk may be full.

Actions

1) Check other event log messages occurring at the same time to determine the actual cause. 

2) If acceptable, perform a B-restart to accept starting with the loaded system data. 

3) Reinstall the system. 

4) Check the available disk storage capacity. If required, erase data to increase free storage capacity.

The hard drive had only about 30MB of space remaining, so I cleared some space. I do not believe the SMB battery is drained, as I was under the impression that the robot would issue another event message about the battery voltage if that were the case.

The energy bank is not the same as the SMB battery. The energy bank is the backup power for your computer.

At startup the robot uses an image made at the last shutdown.

 If is is to low the robot will have no time to make a good image, therefor it will give an error at startup that it will use the last correct image.

Try to do a controlled shutdown and turn of the controller when it says connecting to controller.

If you start up after it should be fine.
