Changes modifying system with System Builder don´t have effect

Hi,

I´m trying to add some options to a system using the Modify option in the System Builder. Specifically, I add the PC Interface at Modify Options tab at the wizard. The change seems to be applied, and the option is shown at the Control Module in the system properties. The problem is that this change is not reflected at System Configuration window, any idea?
