System diskettes S4C controller with ABB IRB640 M98

Hello,

I'm trying to program two ABB IRB640 M98 robots, but I've got problems with the controllers. The first controller has been cold rebooted. The second controller won't boot further than: WAIT! The system is starting up... anymore. When it did boot further I made a backup of the settings (I attached the backup as .zip file). I've got the following information about the controllers:

This was under Product ID (found when second controller still booted):

Controller 1 (cold rebooted):

I don't have the system diskettes of these controllers, but I've got the system disks of an ABB IRB6400, with System Pack 3.2 (3HAC2700-2).
Is there a way to retreive the files necessary (I believe KEY.txt and KEY.ID) from the controllers or backup (attached), so I can use the diskettes of the IRB6400 to install my controllers? Or does someone have the right diskettes for me?

    Hi Mate

    I am Vaishnav Kuriyakattil and i am currently working on IRB6400 Robot, as it is an old one i cannot connect it to my pc ,so the only way i think is through teach pendant, so when i turned it on, it was showing guard stop state, and axis not commutated, and it was showing to replace the robot computer or serial measurement board, and when i was checking the voltage of 3.2v battery, i accidentally took the positive wire from it, so now in the teach pendant it is showing to insert the boot disk(1),
    so i dont have the boot disks with me, so if you have could you please sent me the disk, it is really important.
