User administration and backup

The user administration (new users, usergroups, etc) is done with robotstudio online.
But in the backup of the project I  don't see anything about user administration.
Does that mean if have to completely reinstall a system, that the user administration is lost, and it cannot be retrieved from any file?

    Hi,

    The user settings are not defined for a specific system, they are defined for the complete controller (which can have multiple systems that you switch between).
    Thats why you can't see them in the system backup.
