Ribbon UI is transparent to clicks

when SHIFT or CTRL is pressed, and the graphics window has focus.

I have created a few buttons on the ribbon that can move a selected point x mm in either direction - and when holding down shift it shold move in opposite direction. But since the Ribbon UI become "invisible" when holding down SHIFT or CTRL and the graphics window has focus - the button is not always activated.

This however is not the case on the docked windows - only the Ribbon part.

Perhaps a check for if the curser is within the boundary of the graphical window can avoid this behavior?
