FlexPendant Start View Problem - Lost program/TP Program Editor Disabled

I searched the Forum for this error code and found some answers but they didnt apply to my situation and hence did not fix my problem.
I am doing a simulation with 3 - 6640's and my second robot has seemed to failed randomly. I cannot view the Program Editor, I get the above error code when the TP is opened, I cannot see my code in the Rapid Editor and I cannot backup this robot. I tried to view the Rapid code just using Notepad through windows explorer but I cannot find it under the normal location.
The thing I dont get is that the robot still functions fine when I run my simulation, which incorporates I/O handshaking between all 3 robots. The 'failed' robot still runs through it's code like expected and the I/O behaves normally.
I really dont want to write the entire project over for that robot as it is quite lengthy.
Anybody ever seen this or know how to fix it?
Thank you!
