RS Machining PP not displaying

Hey guys- I'm having an issue with the Machining PP not displaying in my task bar even though it's installed and my license is supported.

To give a little background, I had an original RS license with no options then we upgraded and I was provided a new key code. I uninstalled the previous copy of RS and RW and installed it again (i needed an upgrade in versions anyway) then activated the new key code with Machining PP support. When I bring up my station the Machining PP is not under ADD INS > POWER PACK. The odd thing is my licensing shows both my old key code and the new key code. Is this an issue of getting rid of the old key code or something else. Please help, very frustrating.
