Installing FlexPendant SDK

Hello, I want to start with FlextPendant SDK, so I installed Visual Studio 2008. But I can't find the ABB aplication, into the proyect menu of the Visual studio, as manual explains.
I thought that becuase I installed the RS 5.14 before, soy I modified the installation of RS, deleting SDK entry, and installed again the SDK. But I can't find the ABB application in the Visual Studio.
How can I "register" the abb application into Visual Studio?
