Unsync due to CFG data; Transmission of data between cabinet and SMB-memory has failed

Hello to all, we have these errors on our brand new IRB 460. Robot after first startup asked for calibration and fine calibration, and we did calibration. Now after each startup we have this transmission and unsync error. We could see status of cabinet memory and SMB memory, cabinet memory doesn't have valid calibration data. We tried to update it with SMB valid calibration data but flex pendant screen just closes by itself after that operation. We checked battery, it has 11 volts, smb cable looks fine, no damaged pins. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance. I also attached log file.

Recently I got a SMB error that we fixed by replacing the flash memory card...not sure why it worked.
I'd call 1-800-HELP-365 for what you're seeing.

Thanks for info, if anyone has such a problem with new robot, basically controller memory didn't have same info as SMB board memory, we had to put calibration info manually into IRC 5 and then we just updated SMB board with controller data (calibration menu, SMB board status).0
