Dear support,
Could it possible to simulate robot payload test?
Please advice.

You can probably run the robot payload test in RobotStudio but it will not tell you anything interesting.
RobotStudio does not contain a dynamic model for robots or other objects. The robots position and movement in RobotStudio will always be exactly as programmed; there is no simulation of the physics of a real robot station.
If you know the materials of payload you should be able to use the CAD program to extract the relevant parameters for the payload. After necessary conversion these could then be entered into a loaddata data type in RAPID. There could be some maths involved here depending on the output of your CAD-program. It may be easier and certainly more accurate to load identify on the actual robot.
