Why is my station did not display the items or objects in its tabs?

  • When i save a station and close it and then try re-opening it, it has error or the pack and go fail to open. Even the "record to viewer" .exe fail to open.

    I your system saved to the local host PC drive ?

    Rs have problem when the robot system is saved on a network drive.

  • I installed my robot studio in my laptop. so i guess it is saved on my laptop drive, If i understand what you mean. Please, help me. i still have the problem. it is getting frustrating. Every time i do a new station, i saved and try re-opening it. It has error. I have to re do everything, every time.

    Unpack & Work failed
    A Support Log will be created. Please report this error using the RobotStudio Support Tool.
  • Problem can be your firewall.

  • Please create a support log file and send to your local ABB representative that can forward your issue to our tech support.

     

    (Start Menu -> All Programs -> ABB Industrial IT -> RobotStudio 5.15 - > RobotStudio Support Tool -> Run Full Scan -> Save Report )

    PS. Meanwhile, try to reparing or reinstalling RS. If that does not help, try to manually install MSXML 4 SP3, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15697
