ABB Quality issues

We have had configuration problems with the last three out of three ABB140 compact robots that we have received from ABB.

Has anyone else observed recent  configuration issues such as SMB memory values incorrect in the robot, .cfg in the system incorrect or similar?

I have one more 140 from the latest batch being wired up now, I am hoping that it is ok out of the box but I fear the "usual" problem.

Prior to the latest two shipments there were zero problems - power on and start working. All values were ok from the factory.

    An efficient service from ABB solved the problem. There was something missing in MOC.cfg. The next machine will be powered up in a couple of hours...
