PC -> IRC5 compact connection problem on local lan

Whenever my pc application attempts to connect to an IRC5compact on a machine local lan (pc, safety and IRC5 only - NO global access) then the connection establishment takes 20-40 seconds.

It has been a problem for a long while, and it is still present in 5.15.02
