axis configuration on the Flexpendent differs from that on the virtual Flexpendent of RobotStudio

I've made a module in RobotStudio ,which is simulated successfully in RobotStudio.
However, when I transferred the file to the real controller to run it on the real robot, I got an error that some joint was out of coupled range. Then, I looked at the configuration and found out that axis 4 is -214

Ensure that you use ConfL \On and ConfJ \On to have full control of the motion. If not the robot may use different configurations (confdata) depending on the starting configuration. Read more in the manual RAPID Instructions, Functions and Data types that is available in RobotStudio.Henrik Berlin
