Hello.
I have a problem with two different robots when safety backup shall be made.. I don't get all of the modules but neither alarm or message that something has gone wrong occurs.
I have also tried to save all the modules separately both to usb, hard disk and via RobotStudio. Then I get an alarm that the module is'nt possible to save. No info on why or how to fix the problem.
The robots are the model IRC5 6650 and Robot Ware is 5:08 and 5:09.
Has anyone of you experienced the same problem? If so, how did you come to terms with it?

Hello,
I believe it is an old problem in the robotware. Dont have all the release notes from the Robotware versions.
But I think i can remeber something that it was an issue and it is solved in a Robotware update.
So my advice update the robotware.

Hannes,
there was a backup problem in 5.08 and 5.09. In 5.10 there was a fix that gave you a message that the backup was somehow not complete, but if you go to 5.11 or above, you will have a fix that takes care of the backup problem.
Good luck!
