S4CurrentPositionGet delay problem [WebWare SDK]

Hi,

We were using the S4CurrentPositionGet function to read the position of a S4C robot with accepable delay. However, the delay is longer in average and less smooth (i.e., the delay time can change very much over time), when working with a IRC5 robot!!

So, can anybody be so kind as to tell me why there would be such a delay and how to improve it? Thank you very much.
