Rapid symbol was not found

Hi

Can anyone help with the "Rapid symbol was not found" error, when I go online to the IRC5 controller? I am new to robotstudio and would appreciate any help. I have got the Rapid technical reference manual, but am not able to find a troubleshooting section.
