Pulsed arc welding problem
2 days ago I
programmed module to weld stainless steel pipes using pulsed arc welding method
and it worked fine. But today with same parameters the robot stops welding immediately
after striking arc with error message
"RobotWare Arc Error .. Arc supervision signal not set .. check welding
equipment".
I tried many values for touch
sense current, hot start, electrode stick out length, electrode angle, arc
length control, wirefeed speed and shielding gas parameters but the problem is
still there.
Please tell me if I'm missing
something.
Specs:
IRB 1600 ID manipulators with
AristoMig500 Power source
