Not able to Jog Linear or Jog Reorient

Hi,

Have an issue with robotstudio 5.15 i can only use jog joint, when i select jog linear or jog reorient, the Arrows are visible I get the hand symbol when moving the cursor over the Arrow but nothing happens when i try to drag it?

    What is the status of the virtuel controller, is it green in the lower right corner ?

    Hi, issue resolved by reinstalling controller, must have been a configuration mistake.
