How to creat robot system with backup of real robot in RS?

Hi,

I met a problem about how to creat systems with same backup as in real robot. I tried to creat system from real robot backup but failed with an error showed in attached pic.

So any other ways to realize this? Thanks a lot!

Hi Linda. You need option file for this problem. there must be a file inside robot flash that start 3HAC.... When you take backup you must take this file from flash. Then you will copy this file inside mediapool. So you wont see this message again That can help to you

Hi,

If you have access to the real robot you can use the function "Go Offline". Then will RobotStudio automatically copy the media pool for the option to your computer and create a virtual copy (Virtual Controller) of your real system.
