Hello,

I have recently been struggling with creating a system either from backup or by Go-Offline option on robot studio. An exception comes out as C0040403: No response from controller. Any idea how to tackle the issue please? I need to be able to do offline programming base on the existing system.
Attached is the pop-up window giving details of the error/exception. Thank you in advance.
