RS 5.60 Failed to backup

I am getting the following error message when I try to backup.

"Backup Failed. See output window for details."

The output window says the following:

"Backup failed.Access to the path 'C:\Temp\422f2e84' is denied. 2/19/2014 4:10:43 PM General "

So you would think this is a firewall or folder issue, but it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.  The folder is created in the temp directory with the name of "422f2e84".  All the info seems to be there but it says it failed.

Any ideas?
