How to edit mechanism model

Hi, I am trying to modify mechanism model for two of our external axis. The real life robot apparently have the two stations other way round from what robot studio has. I think it is easier just to change the mechanism model as a simple and quick fix. I cant seem to modify (add/delete) base links from the two library files.
Any help would be appreciated.
