RS activation key transfer

Hello to all, could you please advise me how to transfer activation key for RobotStudio from one computer to another. Thanks in advance.

You have to contact the local ABB representative  for this, they will have to provide you with a new key from Sweden (replacing the current one).

That's pretty strange how it works, I'm local ABB and it's not easy for me to obtain new key from Sweden for outside partners, why RobotStudio doesn't have simple key transfer ?!

Customers that want to transfer an activation key can contact our license support team through e-mail (softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com). Submit your current activation key and desribe your need. Our support team will come back to you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

If you are an ABB employee and want to help your customer to do an activation key transfer you can log a RobDesk case and tag it as "License Support". Please provide information about the customer, their need, and the license key. The link to RobDesk is http://roboticsportal.se.abb.com/prod/!display?action=page&id=232 (only accessible from within the ABB network).

If you are an ABB employee and want to use RobotStudio yourself you can a request license key from the ABB internal license request web page at https://se-s-0000693.se.abb.com/InternalActivationCodeWeb/. This page is only reachable from the ABB network and provides RobotStudio activation keys for personal use by ABB employees.
