Problem with the freehand linear jogging

Hi all!

I'm not so new anymore in RS, but I have problem with the freehand linear jogging. I made quick video also.
I had installed RS 5.60 and 5.61. Both have the same problem in the video below.
When I grab from the arrow and moving it in any direction, robot just jumps into random place/position
Sometimes it occurs with the FlexPendant controller also.
