I creat a systerm using external axis wizard , but there is not any mechnism in the list,why?0

To use the external axis wizard you need to have a system. The wizard will not create a system for you, only configure one to use some external axes.
So, first step, create a system and make sure to include enough external drives for your mechanism. Then you should be able to use the external axis wizard.
