RobotStudio event

my robotstudio rapid program doesn't work pro pertly on the robot

i am a beginner in robotstudio and i have made a rapid program by robotstudio but it doesn't work on the robot, it moves in a different way than i made in the robotstudio...i don't know what i miss?!
we had made a calibration to our robot..& i don't know if i have to made the same with the robot studio & how, or there is a different way to solve it ?

  • Try to check the coordination of the used workobject, there might be a difference offline --> online

     

  • i can't fixed it till now, i tried the same values for the work object which i found on the flex pendant, and tried a seveal different value, but none even close..
    i added the system parameters files and calibration data from the system backup, and put the same tool data and work object values as well but i got a diffrenet axis movement than i made on robotstudio..!! i am so confused!
