PM3 indexed work area - place problem

HI!
I have a PM3 installed system with cognex in-sight camera, conveyor tracking. Working fine the picking method, but the place (pre-definated indexed work area - from container/pattern1) has the warning:
"4326 Item pos. lost on Place due to missing strobe."
"4327 Expected item pos. missing from place"

I did follow the application manual - signals declaration, cross connections........... and i did test the simple robot program example from manual.

Anyone have an idea.
