Boot problem with IRB140

Hi everyone.

I have a strange problem with a IRB140 robot, never happened before. When i turn on the controller, nothing shows on the Flexpendant, not even the bootimage menus. It starts with the startup waiting time and then... nothing! After about 6 minutes it gives the following error: "startup error new cab -9".

Can this be a problem with the flash memory? I've tried to load a new bootware but i can't establish a connection with the controller!

Can anyone help me please?
