Error 20312 when attempting to jog the robot

Hello,

We bought a used robot. When attempting to jog a joint via flexpendant I receive an error 20312 (attached image file)

Any idea what can be the cause of this?

  • Check all ethernet cables going from the main computer box, they are colored so they should be fairly easy to follow

  • -Check the cable from Axis Computer to Contactor board.

    -Check the cable from Contactor board to Panel board.

    -Check if the jumper for robot 2, 3 and 4 are OK in the Panel board.

  • I checked all the cables - tested them with a tester. They all worked fine. The only empty ethernet hole that I found was x20.

    Is there anything else that might cause this? Perhaps external connections to the manipulator? (These were already connected when I 1st saw the robot)

    Could I get a reference as to what I should check the jumpers against?
