How can I make a Rotator in Smart Component to work?

I have been trying to create a Smart Component with an endless rotation of a cutter wheel. But with no success. What am I doing wrong? Please see the attached library.

    I will answer my own question:
    There is nothing wrong with the SC. Its just that I expected it to work when testing it on its own. By setting the input signal to 1. Which do not result in any rotation. But when the rotation is activated in a running Simulation, all is fine.
