RS 5.61.01.01 Crashes during simulation run, need help!!!

I have 2 systems built from 2 different robots, one runs fine during simulation the other causes RS to freeze and crash.  I've done a pack and go and sent it to a colleague who has run it and everything works fine so the problem is with RS on my PC.  I've uninstalled RS and the painting powerpack and reinstalled and this has had no effect, I feel like i'm banging my head againast a brick wall here............  Is there a way to find why it crashes?

    You can run the robotstudio support tool and see if there are any fault log files or crash dumps.
    Also you could do a checked that you have the latest graphics driver?

    I've just checked the graphics driver and there was a new one out 23rd September so I've installed that and it seems to have cured the problem, I can't get it to crash at the minute anyway.  I'm quite surprised though that graphics driver just a few week out of date were causing the program to freeze and crash.....

    I've also checked the RS support tool and there are no crash dumps but a lot of fault logs, just 7 for yesterday in fact.  They all contain different information so I'm not sure which is relevant to the problem I was having.  If it crashes again I'll get the latest log and post it here.
