Modify Tool Properties for SmarTac

In the picture from the ArcWelding PowerPac v5.10 manual it says I can set where the gas cup hits for SmarTac searches. I haven't been able to find this context menu in RS 5.6. Can someone hold my hand like a small child?

    System Group
    Templates
    Tool Properties
    (Tool)
    Right Click
    Properties
