how to move mechanism to two pose positions with one pulsed input

I have a pulsed input that opens a gripper and when pulsed again it closed the gripper.

How can I achieve this using a smart component?

Any thoughts?

    I have attached an example gripper which use a "switch" made with Code Behind. I have also attached the "switch" as a separate file.
