Where could I find latest release notes of PC SDK 5.6 and above?

Hi, recently when I developed PC SDK programm using version 5.15 I found it's too old to be used on machines with 64bit and .net framework 4. So I download the latest version PC SDK 5.6 but I have not found any manual or release notes about this version. I need to know the changes so please tell me where to access these materials, thanks !
