39531, Run chain glitch test not running

We had a robot last night throw a 39531, Run chain glitch test not running error.  We were able to clear it with a restart, but I was trying to find some information in case it were to come back I would have an idea of where to go.  I tried looking up details, but the only thing I could find says contact ABB.  Has anyone seen this before or have any information on it?
