Making new start up keys for IRC5 on Robot Studio 6

Hi,

I am organizing our site so that we have all keys available should we have to cold start any controllers. Someone has overwritten the original usb stick which contained the cold start key/file. I have only ever cold started S4C systems so I am not 100% sure what file type is used on cold starting IRC5.

I know you can create a key on an IRC5 from the backup but when I try I get the message in the screen shot attached.

I have downloaded RobotWare 5.15 but I still get this error.

Can anyone please advise on what I need to do to continue my task.
