creating a movable workobject

Hello,
I need help to configure a workobject moved by an external axis (M7DM1).
I have an irc5 running v5.7.1030. I have a robot installed on a carrier, which is moved by an external axis (M30) controller by the robot.
The base frame is defined as being moved by M7DM1, and I need to define a workobject on the carrier (that is moved along with the base frame), but cannot use the workobject which has robhold=FALSE, ufprog=FALSE and ufmec=M7DM1.
When I try to use the wobj, it says that the mechanical unit in active workobject cannot be found. But I can select that same mechanical unit and jog it.
Is there a special way of entering the string for ufmec? I tried to copy and paste the mechanical unit name from the configuration section into the workobject definition and it does not work either.
Can anyone help me here?
Michel
