RAPID memory limit on IRC5 controller

Hello,

I am aware that this question maybe have been asked before, but I lack to find correct, or at least same information on this topic.

The problem is that we currently are running quite low on our RAPID memory on our IRC5 controller with a DSQC 639 main computer. It comes with 24 MB dedicated RAPID memory per standard. My question is, is it possible to upgrade this memory in any way, for example by upgrading to RobotWare 5.15.8 (currently running 5.15.5) or could we solve some of our problems by upgrading the main computer to something that is still compatible with our system. 

Our program is quite complex, but we are also looking into unloading some modules, to free some memory as well.

I hope some one can shed some light on this issue, since ABB, consultants and the internet gives me completely different answers. ABB and the web is telling me that we can't do anything to get more RAPID memory, while a consultant informs us that we can fix it by upgrading the main computer.
