1error & 20020 & 37001 in s4 controller

Hi All,
   I'm working on irb 6400 with s4 controller(M94 A) facing an errors no 20020 two channel conflict & contactor did not activate.I had replaced the km1 & km3 contactor, so please suggest me some solutions .Thanks in advance.
