3D model of IRB 6700 base is corrupt

Hello,

I have downloaded the 3D model of the IRB 6700-155/2.85 and opend it in our 3D modelling package. We use the program PTC creo elements direct modelling 18.1. After opening the 3D model all the parts are seperately loaded. Almost all parts are fine without failures and all solid. Only the base frame is loaded as a surface with two other seperate lines and solids. So PTC gives a message that the base is corrupt. This is occuring with different file types like IGES, STEP and ACIS. The cable of axis 3 is also corrupt, but this part is imported as a solid part.

Can somone fix the base of the IRB 6700 models so we can
