Trying to use old Robot Application Builder tool with Microsoft Visual studio 2005

I have a working version of microsoft visual studio 2005 Proffessional, and now I downloaded and installed the robot application builder in a attempt to make a personalized menu. But unlike the tutorial it does not show up between my projects as a option to use that template. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to manually add the parts if the installer fails?
