Control Logix Master to IRC5 EtherNetIP Slave
We install many ABB robots in field using EtherNetIP slave adapter in IRC5 PC using the ABB supplied EDS file. The past two installations have not worked as the EDS file in the RS5000 shows Rev1.1 and Serial #00000001. Followed the EthernetIP application manual as usual to the T. ABB tech support has no advice on how to solve. Both NS and MS LED flash green. We can ping the IP address and the config does show up RS5000 with a "keying" mismatch. Tried swapping out the PC and EtherNet IP device (669) with no success.
Would love to solve this so our customer can run their parts in production.
