How to implement Manual 100% mode on IRC5C controller

Our S4C Plus and IRC5 controllers have a Manual 100% mode which allows close observation of the robot process while running at full speed.

The IRC5C controllers do not have this option, which makes it extremely difficult to program for a polishing process which gives different results at reduced speed.

As the IRC5C will only run at full speed in Auto mode, a solution would be to bypass the trapped-key interlock switch on the guard door via a 'Setting' trapped-key switch in series with a three-position (off-on-off) 'Dead-Man' switch. The robot could then be run in Auto Mode with the guard door open, so long as the safety key is in the Setting switch and the Dead Man's switch is pressed to the ON position.

The Manual 100% mode requires that a Hold-To-Run button be pressed in addition to the Dead Man's switch. Is it possible to implement this additional safety function on the IRC5C?

Thanks,

Kevin
