Problem in Power Supply, S4C+, the light is red

Hi everyone.
I've an IRB-1400 with s4c+ controller. this morning i saw this problem in my power supply. the light on the power supply is red and it means that AC is OK but DC is not OK.
what can i do?
when i remove the power cable on computer case, the light will red. what do you think?
